INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the Dressed For Battle course for the Giant Slayer Spiritual Warfare Training Course. Here we will be learning why it is important that we wear our whole armor of God and how to activate each of the pieces.

Ephesians 6: 11 tells us to put on the whole armor of God so that we can stand against the wiles (tricks, antics, ploys) of the devil.

Ephesians 6:12 tells us that we do not wrestle (fight) against flesh and blood.

We tend to forget this key point when we find ourselves getting into altercations, disputes, and debates with one another that at times lead to court cases against one another.

In 1 Corinthians 6:7, we are told that when we find ourselves going to court with one another we have already experienced an "utter failure".

So it is important that we make sure that we are dressed for battle so that our enemy cannot derail us off course by having us battle one another instead of focusing on whom our battle is truly against - the enemy of our Heavenly Father.
